Let Us Share With You

Every week at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran there is an opportunity to join with other followers of Jesus who are seeking to love and honour the Lord with their worship. Worship is a relaxed blend of contemporary and classic Christian songs and is accompanied by a variety of instruments.

Worship takes place on Sundays at 10 a.m. with the Lord’s Supper or Holy Communion being celebrated twice a month. You are most welcome to join us here in the house of the Lord.

At St. John’s, the youth normally meet once a month. They may gather socially, just for fun, to take part in an activity or to work toward helping others. They are joyful and gracious to each other, welcoming and inclusive to all, and gracious followers of Jesus, our Lord and Saviour.

Youth are encouraged to grow in their faith in God as they interact with each other, their families and the congregation.

Check out our calendar for their next meeting or give Pastor Michael a call.

Weekly Children’s Program

ChiPS (Children in Praise and Service) is our name for our Sunday School Program, an activity based opportunity for children to learn more about God. The program begins early in September and continues on through June the following year.

We welcome young children to join ChiPS and grow in their faith and relationship with God as they learn more about how to follow Jesus.

ChiPS takes place weekly beginning shortly after 10 a.m. as children are released from the worship service.
